    Wildamere has identified and acquired like-kind commercial real estate properties for both 1031 Exchange and Reverse 1031 Exchange tax strategies for over fifteen years. Wildamere has completed such transactions to deferred capital gains for both its own assets as well as client owned properties.

    Wildamere can not only assist clients in finding “like-kind” acquisition candidates that meet 1031 Exchange requirements but can also invest in and management such investments over the client’s desired hold period.
